As a property Landlord, it is your responsibility to ensure your tenants are safe. You are required to have a Landlord Safety Inspection carried out every 12 months, for which you are provided a certificate. During this inspection, we will check all gas appliances are working safely, test for gas leaks and carbon monoxide amongst other things.
Once the check has been carried out we will supply, you and your tenant with a copy of the certificate.
